We use that data to keep the site working and to spot errors. We do not use it to identify you by name.

We use your referral request to match you with a local provider. We use contact messages to answer questions and to correct page errors. We do not use your request to sell you other products. We do not share your request with advertisers.
Who receives information
We share a referral request with an independent local provider in your area, so that provider can contact you about the job. That provider is a separate business. It sets its own price, scope, and privacy practices. Ask the provider how it will use and store your details.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the security of the site. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep referral and contact information only as long as needed to handle the request and to answer follow-up questions. After that, we delete or anonymise it, subject to any legal duty to keep a record. If you ask for deletion, we will delete what we control. A provider that already received your request controls its own copy.
Your choices
You can choose not to share information. Without a city and a job description, we cannot match a referral. You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent. You can ask us what we hold about a request you made. Use the contact page for these requests. Include enough detail for us to find the request, without sending new sensitive details.
Children
This site is for adults requesting a home service. It is not aimed at children. If you are a parent and believe a child sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and change the last verified date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
